Q: What is the rent?

A: New cabins are renting for $675 / month

Q: Do you have any lots available? 

A: Yes, but we are no longer allowing people to bring their own tiny homes into the park.

Q: Do you allow DIY Tiny Homes?

A: Not any more.

Q: What are your standards?

A: Here are the standards but we are no longer allowing tiny homes from outside the park to join the park: They must be ANSI 119.5 certified park model tiny homes. Community standards are green metal roof, earth tone colors such as cedar, mahogany, or redwood wooden lap siding. The home must be skirted with stone or lattice. Gutters are required. 

Q: Do you rent Tiny Homes?

A: No. Neither short term nor long term rentals.

Q: Do have RV spaces?

A: No. We only allow tiny homes. Technically our park is zoned as an RV park from the county’s perspective, but we only allow tiny homes. 

Q: Is this a mobile home park?

A: No. We only allow park model tiny homes.

Q: Can I bring my current park model home into Hideaway Park?

A: No, not any more. 

Q: What comes with lot rent?

A: Lot rent includes: water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and lawn maintenance for residents’ lots and landscaping for the common areas. There are some short hiking trails in the woods which are great for dog walkers.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes we allow cats & dogs. We do require that pets be leashed.
