A: Yes! We have 4 lots available for reservation as of July 2025.

Q: Do you allow DIY Tiny Homes?

A: We allow people to bring in tiny homes manufactured elsewhere, but they must pass our community standards. Community standards are green metal roof, brown wood color wood siding. The home must be skirted with stone or lattice. 

Q: What are your standards?

A: Green metal roofing, wood grain siding or log siding only in earth tone colors such as cedar, mahogany, redwood. Skirting to include lattice or stone. 

Q: Do you rent Tiny Homes?

A: No. Neither short term nor long term rentals.

Q: Do have RV spaces?

A: No. We only allow tiny homes. Technically our park is zoned as an RV park from the county’s perspective, but we only allow tiny homes. 

Q: Is this a mobile home park?

A: No. We only allow tiny homes.

Q: Can I bring my current park model home into Hideaway Park?

A: Yes, if it meets park guidelines. 

Q: What comes with lot rent?

A: Lot rent includes: water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and lawn maintenance for residents’ lots and landscaping for the common areas. There are some short hiking trails in the woods which are great for dog walkers.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes we allow cats & dogs. We do require that pets be leashed.
